Shipping & Delivery

There is no shipping charge on any order, whatever its size or destination. The price you see at checkout, in US dollars, is the price you pay us.

We will email you when your order is dispatched, with tracking details where available. Delivery times depend on the destination and on the size of the item: small items travel by express courier, while large items such as furniture, mattresses and body kits are sent by freight and take longer. We will give you an estimated delivery time when your order is dispatched.

Delivery dates are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs or events outside our control.

Orders delivered outside Malaysia may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges are not included in our prices and are payable by the recipient. Please check the rules in your country before ordering, including any restrictions on importing wine and spirits.

Wine and spirits are delivered only to adults of legal drinking age. The courier may ask for proof of age and will not leave these items with anyone under age. Some countries restrict or prohibit the import of alcohol; we cannot ship alcohol where it is not permitted.

Please make sure your delivery address and phone number are correct and that someone is available to receive the order, as large and high-value items may need a signature. Check your order on arrival and tell us about any damage within 7 days, as described in our Refund & Returns Policy.
