This website is operated by Cask and Core, based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order or using this website, you (“you”, “the customer”) agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, our Refund & Returns Policy and our Shipping & Delivery terms.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 where it applies.

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. Wine and spirits are sold only to customers who have reached the legal drinking age in the country of delivery (21 in Malaysia). By ordering wine or spirits you confirm that you meet this requirement, and we may ask for proof of age before dispatch or at delivery. We may cancel any order where we reasonably believe this requirement is not met.

We take care to describe and photograph every product accurately. Colours and finishes may appear slightly different depending on your screen. Hand-made and natural products, including porcelain, leather, wood and gemstones, can vary slightly from piece to piece; such natural variation is not a defect.

Automotive body kits and accessories are sold for the vehicle models and years stated in the listing. Body kits are supplied unpainted unless stated otherwise and should be test-fitted before painting and installed by a qualified professional. It is your responsibility to confirm that a part suits your vehicle and complies with the road-vehicle regulations where it will be used.

All products are subject to availability. If an item you ordered is unavailable, we will tell you and refund any payment made for it.

All prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Shipping is free worldwide. Prices do not include any import duties, taxes or customs charges that may be applied in the destination country (see Shipping & Delivery).

We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already confirmed. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund any payment made, even after confirmation.

Payment must be made using one of the methods offered at checkout. Card and online payments are processed by third-party payment providers; we do not store your full card details.

When you place an order, you will receive an email acknowledging it. This acknowledgement is not an acceptance of your order. A contract between you and us is formed when we confirm that your order has been dispatched.

We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch, for example if a product is unavailable, if there is a pricing error, if payment cannot be verified, or if age requirements are not met. If we cancel an order, we will refund any payment made in full.

Delivery is described in our Shipping & Delivery terms. Responsibility for the products passes to you when they are delivered to the address you provided. Ownership passes to you once we have received payment in full.

Returns, exchanges and refunds are handled under our Refund & Returns Policy.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, business or data, arising from your use of this website or of any product. Our total liability for any order is limited to the price paid for that order.

We are not responsible for damage or loss caused by incorrect installation, modification or misuse of a product, or by use that does not follow the product description or the manufacturer’s guidance. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

All content on this website, including text, photographs, graphics and design, belongs to Cask and Core or its licensors. You may view it for personal, non-commercial use, but you may not copy, reproduce or republish it without our written permission.

You must not misuse this website, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, transport or customs delays, government action and interruptions to supplier or carrier services.

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
